When entering the festival site, you will get a wristband with a chip for cashless payment. You can top up money at the cashless point on the festival site or in your ticket account before heading to Lusatia.
To avoid waiting periods we recommend to top up at least a little amount of money before arrival.

Refund
You can refund the remaining amount at the cashless point before leaving or get your refund online after the festival (you will receive an email from PurpleX with instructions when the festival is over).
