Server log files

You can visit our website without providing personal details. This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you access it, access data is stored in server log files: the name of the requested file, date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, the requesting provider and the IP address. We use this data only to keep the site running reliably; it does not allow us to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6 (1) f GDPR). Transfer to the USA relies on the EU standard contractual clauses and Netlify’s certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies, fonts, analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics of its own. Fonts are served from this site, not by third parties.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address and, if given, your name to send you our newsletter in line with your consent (Art. 6 (1) a GDPR). Subscription runs through our own newsletter system at newsletter.wildemoehre.org; your data is transmitted there. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter or by writing to the contact address above.

Ticket shop

Tickets are sold by our partner Xceed. When you open the ticket shop on this website or buy tickets there, Xceed processes the data required for this (for example name, email address, payment details) under its own responsibility; Xceed’s privacy policy applies. For contract fulfilment we receive the buyer data we need for admission, accounting and statutory retention (Art. 6 (1) b and c GDPR).

Contact

If you contact us by email, we use your details to handle your request. Once handled, the data is blocked and deleted after statutory retention periods expire.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority; for us this is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Brandenburg. For all matters, write to the contact address above.
